He will be allowed to join you in the bars - but if under 18 won't be allowed to drink other than soft drinks.(that might be 21- not sure but sure its over 18) If you want I am sure he could have a glass of wine with Dinner....
He will meet up with others about his age anyway- there are usually a few on board and there is usually special events for teens.
