I am giving my husband a cruise for Christmas and our 24th anniversary. Family members want to buy gift certificates through RCL to be applied to our on board credit.
My question is: If we do not spend all of the money applied towards our sign card, do we get a refund? Not sure how it works, usually we just put up a credit card. But if we can get enough gift certificate credits and not have to charge anything...that would be great!
