Hi dikcccb6, welcome to Cruise-Chat. On a 7 day itinerary, the demographics will be younger than on longer itineraries. You will not run into a bunch of children, because they will be in school. As Cruise Fanatic states, HAL is known for a more refined experience. My co-worker and her husband took them for their honeymoon last year (they are early 40s) and had a wonderful time. There are plenty of lines that cruise the Caribbean, so talking to a cruise specialist would be a great idea. They can match your interests to the best ship.
