Hi we were told that we would be silver after booking our 5th cruise-which is not true, also tried to fight since we took 3 in the last 2 years. However-I would go right to the top and contact the president or whomever and if you booked with a travel agency-tell them and get them involved, then post a negative remark on the sites-see if that doesn't change their toon-or ask for an upgrade!
