Probably during 2011 as I remember problem with the actual route is that is active but it does not make the ship an atraction in order for carnival to make money the need to make the carnival Victory a destination my guess from my experience with the carnival Destiny they will stay in Puerto Rico and will change st kitts and st, Lucia to st Martin and then Aruba but this is mostly a guess that I will gladly pay...Sorry for the confussion on the ship
