I just got back from my first cruise ever. Unfortunately I got a bad case of so-called "Sea Legs". That is what they call the condition. All I know is that it has been more than four days since I returned from my cruise and still feel the motion of the ocean. I still can't balance on one leg or change my clothes while standing. Funny thing is that I never got sea-sick and I did not have this Sea Legs condition while at the ports of call: Nassau and CocoCay. It was only after I returned home did I notice it. I heard that it will eventually go away. However, is there anything I can do to make this "Sea Legs" condition go away sooner?
