I wanted to know if I am asking too much of my travel agent:

We booked our cruise in November of 08 for November of 09...since then we've had about 3-4 changes such as rooms and family members being added and removed. I just noticed that the prices dropped for a couple of those rooms by at least $100; since the cruise is 6 weeks away, can I ask for a refund at this time? should I feel horrible about asking...which I do?
