Are you referring to insurance purchased now, as opposed to months ago (before the swine flu became a "known event?")

AccessAmerica, for instance, announced a few days ago that policies purchased after April 23 (or was it 24) would not include coverage for swine flu-related instances. My insurance, purchased when I made my initial cruise deposit about 10 months ago, will provide coverage if I have to cancel my cruise due to exclusions at that time.

This is another reason to check policies carefully at time of purchase.
