I don't think I have a Trojan or anything like that. The caller Id on the phone did say "Royal Caribbean" and he did give me his name, a toll free number and his extension. It was just a spooky thing to get the phone call right after logging in to C&A.
In all, it may be a coincidence... I had called them earlier in the week asking an obscure question about booking between status changes since our status changed with the last cruise; a simple "ask a question get an answer call". I like to get every discount I can get. At any rate I am very happy with RCL even if they have over zealous customer service.
I am not going to worry about it, but I am curious to hear what Sandy finds out from the email that she sent.
