The passport requirements for cruises in the Caribbean have been delayed for one year. They take effect on January 1, 2008. Still no reason to delay getting a passport. Why are so many people against it? It is going to be a requirement for ALL travel sooner rather than later. At some point in the next couple of years nobody will be able to leave the U.S. without a passport.
