We cruised in April 07 Volendam. There times were:

Lido restaurant is open 7:00am - 11:00am
Buffet breakfast 7:30-10:30am
Lunch Buffet - 11:30am-2:30pm
Deli & Salad Bar- 11:30am -5:00pm
Casual Dinner -6:00pm - 7:30pm
Coffee and Tea available 24hrs
