I'm having trouble trying to understand the bad reviews NCL has received in the past. I'm fairly new to cruising (3 since 2000), and I had a fabulous time on the Wind to Alaska. Was NCL worse in the past, and had a change in management within the last few years. Should user reviews be taken with a big grain of salt?
