Yes we went to a couple of the shows. They have 2 sets of comedians on the cruise (they swap out mid week) Each does an "early show" which is PG and an adult show late (Definitely R rated) they change which has the first early show so that you can see both despite your dinner seating time.
I am sure this is highly dependent on the comedian, but we enjoyed the shows that we went to. It was interesting to realize that because they offer this venue they then don't have to use a spot in the main show lounge for a comedian. This allows them to do other acts for the main shows during the cruise.
We snorkeled on what they called the "Blue channel" its basically a channel cut through the barrier reef so the boats can get in and out of the beach resorts. It is incredible snorkeling. We went to Foster's West Bay resort and then hired the local snorkel guide to take us out to the reef (you could snorkel off the beach but there isn't much to see until you get out to the barrier reef. He charged us $15 a person to motor us out in his boat and snorkel around with us until we were "done" Booked completely on our own. Foster's charges $5 a person for entry (which includes a bar drink and use of any chairs/tables on the beach) We had arranged for a tour taxi through Roatan Cab Tours (google them) talk with Cynthia. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job.
