My experience cruising during the holiday season has been on RCI, Carnival, Holland-America, and Disney. The only one that I recall having a holiday show was Disney. Disney's ship of course was the most decorated including a giant gingerbread house. Large enough to walk through if it hadn't been off limits to do so! The other cruise lines had very nice decorations. They had several decorated trees, wreaths and garlands throughout the ship in the show lounge, atrium area, and stair rails. RCI also had a Christmas display outside the Windjammer Cafe with miniature gingerbread houses. Yes, they do serve a Christmas meal. Tom Turkey is popular for the holiday.
