I have actually lost the response email to Miss Fritz. But, suffice it to say I told her I did not accept any apology made at so late a date and in such a manner. I told her that Holland America should be ashamed of this type of behavior. Unfortunately, they are not.
Consider yourselves warned.
I deal with issues of this nature for customers everyday, but never knew the depth of the frustration and disappointment they experienced at the hands of this second class service. I thought service like this went down with the Titanic. Apparently Not.
My advice, Spend your money on Celebrity, my customers NEVER complain about their experience there, and Celeberity resolves customer complaints properly.
