It's not scheduled to open until the end of July of this year. Is your cruise later than that? It's on 7 mile beach, so if they don't have jet skis available, a short walk should find some for rental.
We did see it last month, looks really nice. We just walked a little further down the beach from the drop off point as it was so crowded there. We got a chair to put our stuff on and walked down a good ways to enjoy swimming. It's such a beautiful beach.
