Hi Krysta. Third and fourth passengers in the same cabin do pay discounted rates, although the amount can vary. By the way, it doesn't matter if the third/fourth are adults or children. Occasionally, there might be an even lower rate for kids under a certain age (provided they are third/fourth in cabin), but I haven't seen that for a while -- and very rarely during school breaks.
