Only ships built before 2000 are allowed 5 to a cabin.
The Triumph was built in 1999.
I believe it is a Coast Guard regulation that kicks in on ships built after that.
The Conquest classes are out....as are the Spirit classes (I believe).
I know the Fantasy classes are fine...as are the Destiny and I believe the Victory (but I am not positive on the Victory).
