You can do the cliff diver on your own just check the times that they dive I think there is only 3 times daily.
We did the fort it is right across the road from the port ..take the bridge across less dangerous than trying to cross the road 
We did a private tour with Rosy ..she will take you where ever you want to go. Prices are cheaper if you have a small group.
