I have to say I agree with Tom on this one too. Having gone on several cruises myself, our Carnival Valor cruise in Feb left very little to be desired on the service aspect of things.. The service was very mediocre with none of the "old fashioned" service levels from the past. This was our first carnival cruise and will almost definetly have been our last. It's just a shame because it is a double edged sword on the service end of things. Hopefully it all gets resolved soon because service, i.e them knowing your name and all the expectations from past cruise experiences will all be impacted greatly if the staff is not 110% on their game.
