The cost is in the fares so you need to weigh the cost of Luxury lines against regular lines if you drink a lot it may be worth the price of admission
You might look at Seadream
Azamara is now including wine with lunch & dinner but I other times you pay the going rate.
Oceana is a ship under P & O cruises they may have drink packages
If you mean Oceania they do not include drinks but do have soda & bottled water included in the fare, you can take bottles alcohol, wine & beer for use in your cabin.
