Moeve, We are not in disagreement. I am simply saying that he was not discriminated against but rather left out by omission. It still has the same negative effect on our Australian friend .
It would be like not inviting my second cousin to my son's birthday party. We did not decide "not" to include him, but he was left out by a "natural selection" as it were.
I am trying to remove the "evil empire" perception from the cruise line and instead make them look like they failed to cover all scenarios.
I agree with you that the cruise line should be inclusive of all passengers in their reward programs.
