It couldn't hurt to take a small bottle. I would avoid aerosols, simply because of the fact that if it gets ruptured in your suitcase, your clothes would be ruined for the trip.
I personally do not take any and have never needed it on any of my cruises.
Perhaps one of the senior folks on here has a better suggestion.
