No, you can't combine cruises from RCI, Celebrity, and Azamara to attain a member level. You get equal recognition by all three lines based on the highest member level you have from one of the lines. I am Elite with Celebrity because I am Diamond with RCI. Otherwise I don't have enough Celebrity cruises to make Elite.
