I think you are on to something there. I spoke with some of my cruise buddies today and they didn't get one either. They spend very little time in the casino though. It was nice of Carnival to throw us casino people a bone though. Just bad timing for me.
Actually I have to say that Carnival takes pretty good care of their regular casino players depending on their level of play.
