Hi cdcdguy, welcome to CruiseReviews! Royal Caribbean sails larger ships now, Princess, Holland America and Celebrity are a good place to start. Although some of the newer ships are over 2000 passenger. I totally agree with Marsha, a good travel agent that is CLIA certified can be invaluable. They do not charge extra and in some cases can actually get you a better price. I'd throw in Costa, but they are usually loaded with children. However, I do really enjoy sailing on them.
