OK, so only 1 person in the cabin can buy the $100.00 certificate..this $100.00 will be put towards the balance owing of the cruise cost, not towards your deposit...ok, so no money made yet at this point....then they will give you up to $200.00 on your sign and sail card...how is the amount that they credit you determined?
