Sorry, CruiseFanatic, I watched a report on Detroit where they were condemning entire neighborhoods. The mayor wanted to turn one area into a park and try to bring business back. Guess I shouldn't believe what the news reports, they usually stretch the truth. I guess since the mayor was being interviewed, I believed it. I should know better
