If you're in San Juan at night, the Bioluminescent tour is great. There is the Bacardi factory, the botanical gardens, the forts, and casinos. St. Maarten, Maho Beach is where the planes land practically on top of you. There is also great shopping there. Tortola is a nice island to just get a cab and have them give you an island tour. We negotiated with a driver for $30 and he took us to some great areas. There was a restaurant on top of the mountain where you could see the Atlantic and Caribbean meet. It was breath-taking, it actually looked like a line on a map. Grand Turk is a clean island, but was heavily damaged by the hurricane. Don't know how much site seeing there would be there. You could do a segway tour there, that would be a hoot. Oh, we also did the yacht racing in St. Maarten, that was so much fun. A bunch of tourists manning a racing yacht. Hope this helps some.
