MCPayne, it always amazes me, with all the people the crew serves, somehow they remember your name and what you like. I always remember, just because someone is a waiter in the dining room or a cabin steward or a bar tender, they always have other duties. They may be a host/hostess, run room service, serve cocktails, etc. They never rest and always seem to be pleasant. I'm sure there are times they'd like to scream
