Yes you can go from S Pietro back to Civitavecchia. Check your desired train schedule with Trenitalia to be certain of the times (it's in the 'details' portion of the individual schedule - uncertain what that is, check
http://www.ftroute.com/trenitaliaonline.cfm are read the section on train details.) That way you will have the time the train will depart S Pietro. Keep in mind that it is a 2 minute stop for that train - if that!
