Just got back on our 4th trip to Alaska....3rd time on the White Pass Railroad...
It's wonderful....we've always taken the early morning trip....never had a problem...
We've been on the Train in May, June and September...I prefer May because there is still a lot of snow up on the mountains...The train will come right down to the ship, so there is little walk involved....Have a great trip....anytime in Alaska is a great time...You can be great pictures by standing outside between the cars....
