Just a quick note thanking HAL for an upgrade I just received...
I had noticed a price drop in my "Obstructed View" cabin....I called my TA and asked her to check into a possible ships credit because the new price was $400 cheaper than my original price.....My TA called back and HAL upgraded me to a Veranda balcony which had dropped in price to my original "Obstructed View" cabin....Now I know why I like sailing on Holland America.....Off to Hawaii and beyond......
