It is the policy of all major cruise lines to not provide crew contact information to guests. They do this to protect the crews privacy.
The question to ask yourself is: if you were a crew member on a cruise ship, would you want possibly thousands of passengers contacting you? Think for a minute about the sheer number of passengers a crew member interacts with over a 6 month contract.
