Hey Papa, That is really hard to say as external factors can come into play. Ships can come in late to port. Plus hold ups can happen with getting the ship cleared with Customs. Carnival recommends the
Earliest Flight time of 11:30AM for Tampa. Personally it would be Noon for me.
