Those that have one booked just shrugged it off thinking it was in reference to their booked cruise. Those that don't have a cruise booked are puzzled why they got it, but it might plant a seed for them to book a cruise. I point out again the email didn't address you by name or a booking number. Any email I get from a cruise line on a cruise I have booked addresses me by name or refers to a booking number.
I totally agree! Kill two birds with one stone very cheaply. I spoke with some cruise friends that don't have a cruise booked. They got one too. Carnival does have a screwy email system though from my experiences. It is hit or miss getting a Guest Survey at times.
