A cruise to nowhere is indeed a good way to see if a particular line fits your expectations. Seabourn has a 2-nighter coming right after I leave the Rock Legends cruise in a few weeks, but they want too much money. It would be $1500 for me as a solo and that is ridiculous for 2 nights.
