Out of Seattle you have many choices. Norwegian, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Holland America, Celebrity, and Princess all have cruises out of Seattle. Norwegian and Carnival likely have the lowest prices.
You'll have to do some whittling down of choices before anyone can give more pointed advice.
