Contact your TA (Travel Agent) for assistance. I have had a change on Carnival recently for a 2013 cruise. Carnival did offer reimbursement for costs incurred as a result...Fortunately, no other costs were involved. I did transfer to another cruise at a later date and my cost of the cruise was price protected. But this was on Carnival and not Costa. I suggest you repost on the Costa page!
