Nadine, first welcome back, I totally agree about the tacos. Some ships I've been on have tried to do some Mexican offerings, and I do say tried because they don't season them well. I know, it's hard to make things bland enough for those who can't take spicy, but Mexican food is supposed to be spicy (not hot). Still, I'll go for some of the Mexican, find the Tobasco sauce and salt, and enjoy. Tacos, biscuits and gravy, chili, and a few other items would be very inexpensive to add.

Still, I'm so very happy with the food offered and even happier that I don't have to cook, serve, or clean up after. I really need to go on a cruise sooner than October.
