I would hope that under the circumstances that no port would "Hold a grudge" against a cruise line over a business transaction. The welfare of the people is more important. Also, had Carnival needed to use the port, it would have brought in some income to Mobile. Albeit, it only temporary and short lived. However; Mobile would not want to burn any bridges and would want to keep a positive relationship with Carnival, in the event they consider coming back to the port in the future.
