I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. I parked there on Dec 3rd and they were fantastic. The traffic at port liberty is awful and no consideration is given to the shuttles.
We were taken to the port with almost no waiting. On return ,they were there waiting, and when our van was full another was alread pulling up. Of course I did the self debark, so I was off the ship early.
Funny how different people have such different experiences.
