I contacted by cruise consultant at NCL about this "ticket to dine" package. Below is his response to me:
That was a trial program we did offer but it is no longer available. It was only available on 2 ships. See below.
There are 3 different packages being offered on a trial basis on the following ships and sail dates ONLY:
Norwegian Pearl sailing’s 11/28/09 through 1/29/2010
Norwegian Star sailing’s 12/6/09 through 2/5/2010
I was hoping this was being offered...apparently not. Sorry guys.
