Carnival Triumph return to service delayed again
Carnival Triumph will not return to service until June 13, this because of the additional damage and work interruptions caused by the severe storm that caused the ship to break away from the shipyard pier in Mobile, Alabama.
This means two more five-night cruises will be canceled.
Guests booked on the canceled cruises will get a full refund, reimbursed travel expenses and a 25% discount on a future cruise. Travel agent commissions will be protected.
The ship is at the Mobile Cruise Terminal but will be moved to Freeport, Bahamas, at some point, because a dry-dock large enough to hold Carnival Triumph is not available in Mobile.
