I note that Princess made it very clear in the press releases that hotel services such as toilets, elevators, food service, etc., were never affected. What is good about that is it didn't give any ammo to the cruise bashing press, and thus we haven't seen this story get a lot of coverage.

Fincantieri is a common connection in many of the cruise ship incidents over the past couple of years.
