I'll add my Happy Thanksgiving to All, too. I love this holiday, and every year I seem to have more and more for which to give thanks.
Dave, I always made my own cranberry sauces (usually two per Thanksgiving dinner). The whole cranberries make the sauce so interesting, and it's so incredibly easy to make. My favorite has been Bourbon Cranberry Sauce (bourbon is a perfect counterpoint to the sweetness of the cranberry sauce), Blue Cranberry Sauce (made with blueberries) and Cranberry Sauce with Figs. Yum!
