There was an article posted in USA Today Cruise log on Nov 16th :
The news outlet says Bayonne Drydock and Repair Corporation, located adjacent to the Cape Liberty cruise terminal, is renovating a U.S. Navy ship and is responsible for the overspray of paints and chemicals damaging vehicles entering the port. The news outlet says the overspray also is contaminating the local waterway.
I would have to think and believe that has been taken care of. I have parked there in the past and had no proble and need to park there again in May. It really is not my favorite Port but it is close and beats flying in.
