Sounds like you are already getting excellent advise. We were on that trip on the Mariner a year ago and went through SHORETRIPS for most excursions (which is Captain Marvins in Grand Cayman). There we did the excursion that goes to Sting Ray City, the turtle farm and Hell. Great tour and great trio! Another thing about Sting Ray City is that when you get in the water with the sting rays, if you do not take food from the guides to feed them, they do not really come "up" to you and you can observe them swimming around you instead of actually coming up to you. That worked for one in our party who did not want to be that up close and personal! In Cozumel the Royal Swim is the way to go - worth the extra $50 or so compared to just interacting with them. I also agree about the White River tubing in Ocho Rios. We did a combined tour with SHORETRIPS that included the Dunns River Falls climb and the White River tubing. Our guide even took us through the ferm grotto since we had a bit of extra time. Make SURE that you have well fitted water walkers for your feet for the climb up the falls so you have sure footing as it does get slippery. In Labadee we did the Dragons Breath flight line. Another "well worth the expense" experience!! Absolutely loved this trip and itinerary - hope you have a blast...enjoy!! Hope this provided some insight!
