As somebody who works in the F&B entertainment industry I've always been amazed that they ever allowed anything like that to be brought aboard. Our facility has a strict policy of no outside food or beverage. Not only is it a health risk to let everyone bring in possibly contaminated items, it drastically affects revenues. I do agree - flip flopping of policies so frequently gives the impression that your organization has issues.
