No, RichC, wasn't thinking about lobster, just wonderful crab The king crab they serve are usually split, and the crab claws I've had before have been cracked at least at the joints. Which reminds me, I had a Florida stone crab claw in Miami before we sailed at dinner the night before. Wow, they are so tasty. I still don't know who decided they were better cold. When I was younger, they used to serve them steamed with drawn butter. OMG were they heavenly!
